AGCO Cloud Print - Authorizing Scan to OneDrive

Overview

This guide will demonstrate how to scan to OneDrive.

Resolution

Access user portal

  1. Navigate to https://print.agco.ca via edge or chrome
  2. If prompted with a Microsoft sign in, enter your AGCO credentials or select account, and proceed with sign in

How to authorize scan to OneDrive

  1. Select “My profile” from menu
  2. Select the “Authorizations” tab at the top
  3. Select “Authorize” for Microsoft OneDrive for Business

  1. Complete Sign in and verify authorization

Verify you’re logged in

  • AGCO Cloud Print requires you to be signed into the PMC client whenever utilizing print features (print, scan, etc.)
  • Please ensure you are always signed into the client

PMC Client Icon should not have an exclamation mark

PMC Client Icon should look like this

Access printer and scan

  1. Log in to printer
  2. Place your document in the scanner
  3. Select “Scan to Onedrive”

  1. Select “Finish”

Access File on OneDrive​​​​​​​

  1. Open OneDrive folder on your PC
  2. Select “AGCO-Scans” Folder

  1. View your Scanned Document
