How to add iMessage to cloud

Note: Please ensure your iMessages do not exceed the limit of your 5gb iCloud storage space. (You may add iMessages as an item to be backed up prior to starting your backup)

Resolution

Step 1: Select “Show All” from iCloud page.

Step 2: Select “Messages”

Step 3: Toggle on “Sync this iPhone”

Step 4: Proceed with the guided instructions on how to backup iPhone, provided in original communication/located on SharePoint
