Overview
Completing an iPhone backup allows you to copy and save the information from your iPhone. This ensures that if you replace your device or need to do a factory reset your information will still be available.

Step 1: Ensure the device is plugged in, charging & connected to Wi Fi

Step 2: Clean up your pictures, files and data*
Locate the “Settings” App by:
- Swiping all the way to the right (to the last page of your apps) where you will find the “App Library”, search for “Settings”
- Swipe down from the middle of the iPhone home screen and search for “Settings”

Step 3: At the top of the “Settings” page locate and select your name.

Step 4: Within the Apple ID settings, select “iCloud”

Step 5: Within iCloud settings select “iCloud Backup”

Step 6: Within the iCloud Backup:
- Verify “Back Up This iPhone is on
- Select “Back Up Now”
- Wait for the Back Up to finish

Step 7: Once the update is completed the following screen will be displayed
* Note: The base iCloud storage is 5GB. Your work pictures and data can be uploaded to your iCloud storage however, your backup will be unsuccessful if data exceeds this limit. If your work photos/files are larger than 5GB, please relocate them to the OneDrive application on your phone or copy them to your AGCO laptop. If your device contains personal pictures, it is your responsibility to remove and save this data elsewhere. This can be done using Airdrop to a personal iPhone or by using a USB cable connected to your personal laptop
