Overview
Before you begin:
- Please ensure you have both your PC and AGCO/BYOD Device
- You are connected to Wi-Fi
- You have Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your phone.

Resolution
Step 1: Access Webmail & Sign in (on PC)
- Access Webmail via office.com
- Enter your AGCO email address and select “next”

- Once redirected to AGCO sign in page, enter your password and select “sign in"

- You will be prompted to provide more information
- Select “Next”

Step 2: Setup Authenticator App (On PC)
- You will be prompted to download the Authenticator app on your mobile device
- You should already have the Authenticator app pre-installed. (If you do not, please download the app via Comp Portal)
- Select “Next”

- You will be prompted to setup your account
- Select “Next”

- You will be prompted to scan a barcode. Before scanning the barcode, you must setup the authenticator app on your mobile device

Step 3: Setup Authenticator App (On Phone)
- Open the Authenticator app

- Click “Accept”

- Select “Continue”

- Select “Skip” in the top corner

- Select “+” in the top right corner

- If prompted about a backup. Select “Continue”

- Select “Work or School account”

- Select “Scan QR code”

- Authenticator would like to use your camera. Select “OK”

Step 4: Final setup Authenticator App (On PC & Phone)
- After scanning the QR code on your phone, select next on your pc

- On the let's try it out page, select “next”

- You will receive a notification on your phone via authenticator app. (open the app, if it is closed)
- Select “Approve”

- You will receive a “notification approved” on your PC.
- Select “Next”

- You will receive a “Success” page
- Select “Done”
