This article will walk you through the steps of adding your Outlook contacts to your iPhone.

Step 1: Locate and select “Settings”
Step 2: Scroll down and select “mail”
Step 3: Select “Accounts”
Step 4: Select “Add Account”
Step 5: Select “Microsoft Exchange”
Step 6: Enter your email and select “Next”
Step 7: Select “Sign In”
Step 8: Enter your password and select “Sign in”
Step 9: Ensure only “contacts”, “reminders” and “notes” are checked.
Step 10: Once this is completed, please inform IT staff, so we may white list your device
