How we process your request
Process:
- Requests for Alternative Work Arrangements (AWAs) that differ from the weekly onsite minimum will be considered based on individual circumstances. Processes will be in place to ensure fair and equitable application of AWAs across the agency. Employees who wish to request an AWA must discuss their request with their direct People Leader, who in turn must consult Human Resources. All requests will require approval from the employee’s direct People Leader, Divisional C-Suite, and HR before being implemented.
- Employment accommodation requests are addressed in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, the AGCO’s Accommodation Policy, and related processes and programs. Specific concerns should be discussed with your direct People Leader.
