Process:
After you submit your request, Azure Synapse will:
- Receive your service request
- A team member may contact you for clarification
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- This form is NOT used for troubleshooting. Please submit your problem to the “Report an Issue” form.
- Provide the following information with this request:
- The email address of the person to be provided access
- The public IP address of the person to be provided access (If not provided previously)
- Which environment (dev, uat or production) the person should be delegated access
- If there are special considerations such as temporary access please enter the date in which the access should be revoked.
