Process:

After you submit your request, Azure Synapse will:

  • Receive your service request
  • A team member may contact you for clarification

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • This form is NOT used for troubleshooting. Please submit your problem to the “Report an Issue” form.
  • Provide the following information with this request:
    • The email address of the person to be provided access
    • The public IP address of the person to be provided access (If not provided previously)​​​​​​​
    • Which environment (dev, uat or production) the person should be delegated access​​​​​​​
    • If there are special considerations such as temporary access please enter the date in which the access should be revoked.​​​​​​​
