This is used to submit a request to troubleshoot a problem with Azure synapse, SQL / Apache Spark Pool, Storage Account etc.. Including the Azure DevOps pipelines.

After you submit your request, Azure Synapse team will:
- Review the request
- A team member may contact you for clarification
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- You must provide the following:
- Environment (dev, uat, production)
- If the environment is dev then provide the branch you are working on
- The resource you are having issues with
- If you are experiencing a problem with a notebook, please provide the name of the notebook
- If you are experiencing an error, please include a screenshot of the full error you are presented with or an export of an error, if available.
