Overview

This is used to submit a request to troubleshoot a problem with Azure synapse, SQL / Apache Spark Pool, Storage Account etc.. Including the Azure DevOps pipelines.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any AGCO employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

3-5 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, Azure Synapse team will:

  • Review the request
  • A team member may contact you for clarification

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • You must provide the following:
    • Environment (dev, uat, production)
    • If the environment is dev then provide the branch you are working on
    • The resource you are having issues with
    • If you are experiencing a problem with a notebook, please provide the name of the notebook
  • If you are experiencing an error, please include a screenshot of the full error you are presented with or an export of an error, if available.
